Our client needed to confidentially build out the senior leadership bench supporting one of the world’s most demanding luxury accounts. The brief was not limited to a single hire: the challenge was to recruit multiple senior profiles across strategy, client leadership, media investment, and digital activation, while ensuring consistency of quality and cultural fit across the team. Given the visibility of the account, each hire needed the credibility to operate in a high-expectation, fast-moving, and politically sensitive client environment.

We ran a multi-role search focused on senior agency talent with the strategic depth, client handling skills, and operational credibility required to support a major luxury brand. The search covered profiles at different levels, but particular attention was given to senior leadership hires including the Head of Strategy, Strategy Director, senior Client Leads, Head of Digital Advertising, and Head of Media Investment. Beyond technical capability, we prioritised candidates able to navigate complex stakeholder environments, lead teams with authority, and represent the agency effectively in front of a flagship client.

We successfully recruited a substantial part of the team required to staff the account, including seven senior hires across core leadership and specialist functions. These appointments gave the client a strong senior platform across strategy, client leadership, media investment, and digital advertising, helping them scale the account with the level of quality and sophistication expected in a luxury environment.
